Heat Pump Split
What do we mean when we say Heat Pump?
We refer to HVAC Systems that are ducted for Air Flow, have a Heat Pump for the outdoor portion, and an Electric Air Handler with Heating Kit for the indoor portion.

The difference between an All-Electric and Heat Pump system is that the primary heating for a Heat Pump system is supplied by the outdoor portion, but also has a Heating Kit in the Air Handler for back up.
