Meet The Team
Keith has been an HVAC Technician since 1999. With a talent regarding anything mechanical, an admiration for individuals such as Tesla, and the love and support of his family, Keith has sought to establish a Quality-based, Family-oriented Company.
Keith Grass
Christian has been with us since 2017.
He is mechanically inclined, which makes him a great fit for this industry. He is thorough and meticulous, which makes him a favorite among our customers.
Christian Adam
Jacob Hilton
Jacob is a newer addition to the family. He is gifted in mechanical troubleshooting, and he strives to give the best, most thorough attention to everything in detail.
Tammy McMahon
Office Manager
With our Company since 2008, she handles office issues, warranties, IT issues, and so much more.
Janice Baudean
Preferred Service Agreements Secretary
She has been with Southern Comfort longer than even Keith:)
We are thankful that 'aunt' Janice still puts up with us.
Carol Spell
CSR Dispatch/Collections
'Aunt' Kay has been with us since 2015, and you know you've spoken to her if you remember a sweet, child-like, voice with a precious disposition.
Melissa Grass &
Victoria McMahon
Finances
These two tend to hide in the back when they're here, but though they are out of sight, their contributions to the company are much appreciated.
